Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi homestay berdasarkan Asean homestay standard dalam dimensi Akomondasi, dimensi Hygiene and Cleanliness, dan dimensi lokasi untuk menggolongkan tipe homestay di Desa Wisata Edukasi Cisaat Subang Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan tahapan metode yaitu sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sempel sebanyak 69 penyedia homestay yang rumahnya disewakan untuk wisatawan yang menginap. Homestay Desa Wisata Edukasi Cisaat pada akomondasi dengan skor rata-rata yaitu 83,5%, kemudian Hygiene and cleanliness hasil skor rata-rata yaitu 68,6%, dan Lokasi aksesibilitas hasil skor rata-rata yaitu 65,7%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 49 homestay (71,1%) sudah memenuhi Asean homestay standard berada di tingkat melampaui, sedangkan terdapat 19 homestay (27,5%) berada di tingkat homestay sangat baik, dan 1 homestay (1,4%) berada di tingkat baik. Masih terdapat 20 homestay belum memenuhi Asean homestay standard perlu adanya perbaikan dalam struktur bangunan akomondasi pada homestay, dan perlu diterapkan secara komplit pelayanan hygiene and cleanliness pada homestay tersebut. ***** This study aims to identify homestays based on Asean homestay standards in the accommodation dimensions, hygiene and cleanliness dimensions, and location dimensions to classify homestay types in the Cisaat Educational Tourism Village, Subang, West Java. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, data collection was obtained through questionnaires and observation. The sample in this study used non-probability sampling with the method stage, namely saturated sampling with a total sample of 69 homestay providers whose houses are rented out to tourists who stay overnight. Homestay Cisaat Educational Tourism Village on accommodation with an average score of 83.5%, then Hygiene and cleanliness with an average score of 68.6%, and location accessibility with an average score of 65.7%. The results showed that 49 homestays (71.1%) met the Asean homestay standard at the exceeding level, while 19 homestays (27.5%) were at the very good homestay level, and 1 homestay (1.4%) was at good rate. There are still 20 homestays that do not meet the Asean homestay standard. There needs to be improvement in the structure of accommodation buildings at homestays, and a complete implementation of hygiene and cleanliness services at these homestays..
