Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kepuasan mahasiswa prodi tata busana Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 227 dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sampel penelitian 69. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan google form. Metode analisis secara kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mahasiswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh berada pada katagori positif cukup tinggi dan dari 8 indikator yang paling tinggi nilainya ditemukan pada indikator belajar tanpa pengawasan langsung sebesar 42% yang artinya mahasiswa menyukai pembelajaran tanpa pengawasan secara langsung. Indikator yang memiliki angka paling rendah terdapat pada indikator daya tanggap yaitu 37% karena pada daya tanggap pengajar terhadap mahasiswa, pengajar kurang mudah dihubungi jika mahasiswa ingin berkonsultasi terkait materi perkuliahan. **** This study aims to obtain information about student satisfaction in fashion design at Jakarta State University in distance learning. The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 227 using the slovin formula for a sample of 69. Data collection was carried out using the Google form. The method of analysis is quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that student satisfaction with distance learning is in a fairly high positive category and of the 8 indicators the highest score is found in the learning indicator without direct supervision of 42%, which means students like learning without direct supervision. The indicator that has the lowest score is the responsiveness indicator, which is 37% because of the teacher's responsiveness to students, the teacher is less easy to contact if students want to consult regarding lecture material.
