Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran video tutorial manatiang service pada mata kuliah penataan dan pelayanan restoran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta sejak Juni 2022 – Desember 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan (1) Analys, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, dan (5) Evaluation dengan teknik analisis data dalam bentuk persentase deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan validasi oleh 3 orang Dosen ahli pada bidang media, materi dan bahasa. Hasil kelayakan media pembelajaran dinyatakan melalui uji validasi kepada ahli media yang menghasilkan persentase 92% yang dinyatakan sangat baik untuk kualitas media pembelajaran, untuk ahli materi persentase yang dihasilkan sebesar 81% yang dinyatakan baik untuk materi yang disampaikan pada media pembelajaran video tutorial dan hasil tes yang diperoleh dari ahli bahasa sebesar 83% yang dinyatakan baik pada bahasa tang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran . Pada uji coba one to one didapatkan persentase 94% dan uji coba small group didapatkan persentase 94% dimana hasil uji coba one to one dan small group termasuk dalam kualifikasi sangat baik, dan pada uji coba field test mendapatkan persentase sebesar 88% yang termasuk dalam katagori sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video tutorial manatiang service dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. ***** This research was conducted to develop and test feasibility of manatiang service video tutorial learning media in restaurant management and service courses. This research conducted on Vocational Education in Culinary Arts, State University of Jakarta since June 2022. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development , (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation with data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive percentages. This research was validated by media, material and language experts. The development of learning media is expressed through validation results by media expert that scores 92% those who enter into very good qualifications to be used as learning media, by material expert that scores 81% those who enter into good qualifications to be used as learning media, and test results obtained from linguists are 83% those who enter into good qualifications to be used as learning media. In the one to one trial, the percentage was 94% those who enter into very good qualifications to be used as learning media , in the small group trial, the percentage was 94% those who enter into very good qualifications to be used as learning media, and in the field test, the percentage was 88% those who enter into very feasible qualifications to be used as learning media. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Manatiang Service tutorial video learning media is feasible to use in the learning process.
