Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini ialah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa media Mobile Learning yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan peserta didik kelas III Sekolah Dasar dalam memahami materi lambang negara “Garuda Pancasila” dan nilai-nilainya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas 5 tahapan, yaitu Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket yang diberikan kepada validator ahli dan peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini media Mobile Learning yang dikembangkan memperoleh penilaian dari validator ahli materi dengan skor 88%, penilaian dari validator ahli bahasa dengan skor 90%, dan penilaian dari validator ahli media dengan skor 95%. Kemudian, media diuji cobakan kepada peserta didik melalui uji one to one dengan memperoleh skor 94%, uji coba small group dengan memperoleh skor 91% dan melalui uji coba field test memperoleh skor 92%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Mobile Learning dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan rentan skor >75% - 100% sehingga dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran kelas III sekolah dasar pada muatan pelajaran PPKn untuk membantu peserta didik kelas III dalam memahami materi.*** The purpose of this development research is to develop learning media in the form of Mobile Learning media which is expected to make it easier for third grade elementary school students to understand the material for the state symbol "Garuda Pancasila" and its values. This research is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Data collection techniques used are quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire given to expert validators and students. Based on the results of this study the Mobile Learning media developed obtained an assessment from the material expert validator with a score of 88%, an assessment from the language expert validator with a score of 90%, and an assessment from the media expert validator with a score of 95%. Then, the media was tested on students through a one-to-one test with a score of 94%, small group trials with a score of 91% and through field tests with a score of 92%. It can be concluded that the Mobile Learning media is in the "Very Eligible" category with a score of >75% - 100% so that it is declared valid and can be used in class III elementary school learning in Civics lesson content to help class III students understand the material.
