Abstract
Evaluasi pada program pelatihan menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan agar dapat mengukur tingkat ketercapaian dan berguna untuk memberikan informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan selanjutnya demi meningkatkan efektifitas. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis evaluasi program pelatihan online kewirausahaan terpadu bagi pengusaha usaha mikro kecil menengah menggunakan model Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi level 1 terhadap reaksi penyelenggaraan pelatihan dalam kategori cukup baik, terutama pada aspek persiapan pelatihan, kemampuan narasumber membawakan materi, relevansi isi materi. Namun untuk aspek sarana pelatihan dinamika kelas dan durasi pelatihan perlu disempurnakan kembali. Evaluasi pada level 2 pembelajaran menunjukkan peserta termotivasi dan percaya diri untuk bisa mengimplementasikan materi pelatihan di bisnis masing- masing. Penilaian pengetahuan juga cukup memuaskan. Namun demikian, evaluasi level 3 pada tahap perilaku menunjukkan peserta menunjukkan hasil yang kurang optimal. Evaluation of training programs is very important to do in order to measure the level of achievement and is beneficial to provide the information for decision making, as result can increase effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of an integrated online entrepreneurship training program for micro, small and medium enterprises using the Kirkpatrick model. This research is evaluative research with qualitative approach using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model. The results of the study showed that evaluation of level 1 toward the reaction of training implementation was moderate, particular in the aspect of training preparation, the ability of trainer to present the material, the relevance of the content of the material. However, in terms of training facilities, class dynamics and duration of training need to be refined. Evaluation of level 2 at the learning stage shows that participants are motivated and confident to implement the training materials in their respective businesses. Knowledge assessment is also quite satisfactory. Nevertheless, level 3 evaluation at the behavioral stage shows less than optimal result.
