Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pemetaan Pengetahuan Ibu Rumah Tangga Tentang Makanan Sehat dan Perilaku dalam Pemilihan Makanan Bagi Keluarga Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rusun Jatinegara Kaum, dari bulan Oktober 2020 sampai bulan Januari 2023. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang berkediaman di Rusun Jatinegara Kaum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan penskalaan menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan jawaban responden diketahui bahwa pada indikator frekuensi makan, 45% responden selalu makan rutin sehari-hari, 26% responden menjawab sering, 16% responden menjawab kadang-kadang, 4% responden menjawab jarang dan 10% responden menjawab tidak pernah. Berdasarkan jawaban responden diketahui bahwa pada indikator jenis/menu makan, 21% responden selalu memilih menu makan berdasarkan waktu makan dan zat gizi, 25% responden menjawab sering, 30% responden menjawab kadang-kadang, 6% responden menjawab jarang dan 18% responden menjawab tidak pernah. Berdasarkan jawaban responden diketahui bahwa pada indikator porsi makan, 26 % responden selalu menerapkan porsi makan sesuai kebutuhan, 43% responden menjawab sering, 26% responden menjawab kadang-kadang, 0% responden menjawab jarang dan 6% responden menjawab tidak pernah. Berdasarkan jawaban responden diketahui bahwa pada hubungan kesehatan dan gizi, 48% responden mengetahui hubungan kesehatan dan gizi, sedangkan 52% responden tidak. Berdasarkan jawaban responden diketahui bahwa pada macam, fungsi, sumber, kebutuhan dan akibat gizi ganda, 49% responden mengetahui macam, fungsi, sumber, kebutuhan dan akibat gizi ganda sedangkan 51% responden tidak. Berdasarkan jawaban responden diketahui bahwa pada cara-cara mempertahankan kandungan gizi dan penangannya, 35% responden mengetahui cara-cara mempertahankan kandungan gizi dan penangannya, sedangkan 65% responden tidak. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the Mapping of Housewife Knowledge about Healthy Food and Behavior in Food Choices for Families During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted in the Jatinegara Kaum Flat, from October 2020 to January 2023. The sample for this study was housewives who live in the Jatinegara Kaum Flat. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the respondents' answers, it is known that on the frequency of eating indicator, 45% of respondents always eat regularly every day, 26% of respondents answered often, 16% of respondents answered sometimes, 4% of respondents said rarely and 10% of respondents said never. Based on the respondents' answers, it is known that on the type/menu indicator of food, 21% of respondents always choose a meal menu based on meal times and nutrients, 25% of respondents answered often, 30% of respondents answered sometimes, 6% of respondents answered rarely and 18% of respondents answered Never. Based on the respondents' answers, it is known that on the food portion indicator, 26% of respondents always apply food portions according to needs, 43% of respondents answered often, 26% of respondents answered sometimes, 0% of respondents said rarely and 6% of respondents said never. Based on the respondents' answers, it was found that in relation to health and nutrition, 48% of respondents knew about the relationship between health and nutrition, while 52% of respondents did not. Based on the respondents' answers, it was found that regarding the types, functions, sources, needs and consequences of double nutrition, 49% of respondents knew the types, functions, sources, needs and effects of double nutrition, while 51% of respondents did not. Based on the respondents' answers, it is known that in terms of maintaining nutritional content and handling, 35% of respondents know ways to maintain nutritional content and handling, while 65% of respondents do not.
