Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah sebuah hasil yang telah diberikan karyawan dalam menjalan dan bertanggung jawab untuk menyelesaikan tugas yang telah diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui informasi, menjelaskan dan menggambarkan kinerja karyawan divisi social media manager di PT Kreasi Wira Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan deskriptif kualitatif mnggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan Teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan yang dilihat dari kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas dan kemandirian karyawan masih rendah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sistem perekrutan karyawan kurang efisien, kurangnya manajemen sumber daya manusia karyawan dan kurangnya manajemen waktu karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. **** Employee performance is a result that has been given by employees in carrying out and being responsible for completing the tasks that have been given properly following the goals and vision and mission of the company or organization. This study was conducted to find out information, explain and describe the performance of employees in the social media manager division at PT Kreasi Wira Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research so the approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach with an interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used is data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. Checking the validity of the data is done by using triangulation techniques of sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that employee performance in terms of work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and employee independence is still low. This can happen because the employee recruitment system is less efficient, the lack of employee human resource management, and lack of time management of employees in completing assigned tasks.
