Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership dan adversity quotient terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) guru SMA Negeri di kecamatan Kalideres kota Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang dijawab langsung oleh guru yang dijadikan sebagai responden. Adapun data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari obyek penelitian. Data primer digunakan untuk mewujudkan hipotesis yang diajukan atau menjawab masalah yang akan diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Transformational leadership berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap OCB. Artinya, transformational leadership yang baik dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan OCB. (2) Adversity quotient berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap OCB. Artinya, adversity quotient yang baik dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan OCB. (3) Transformational leadership berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap adversity quotient. Artinya, transformational leadership yang baik dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan adversity quotient Guru. ***** The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and adversity quotient on the organizational citizenship behavior of public high school teacher in Kalideres West Jakarta. This study uses survey method with quantitative approach. Data collection, namely using a questionnaire that was answerd directly by the teacher who was used as the respondent. As for data collected in the form of primary data, namely data obtained directly from the object of research. Primary data is used to realize the proposed hypothesis or answer the problem to be studied. The result of the study show tha:t (1) Transformational leadership has a direct posiyive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Meaning, a good transformational leadership can result in an increase in Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (2) Adversity quotient has a positive direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). That is, a good Adversity quotient can result in an increase in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). (3) Transformational leadership has a positive direct effect on adversity quotient. That is, a good transformational leadership can result in an increase in adversity quotient.
