Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian merupakan karyawan PT. Jasa Transportasi berjumlah 189 responden yang berada di daerah Jabodetabek dengan masa kerja lebih dari satu tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi peneliti yaitu Organizational Climate Measure yang dikembangkan oleh Pettterson (2005) dengan reliabilitas = 0,751 dan Job Satisfaction Survey yang dikembangkan oleh Spector (1985) dengan reliabilitas = 0,897. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, dimana hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jasa Transportasi, dengan hasil signifikan hipotesis 0,000 (p<0,05) berpengaruh sebesar 12,3% terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jasa Transportasi. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of organizational climate towards employee job satisfaction in company engaged in transportation services. Quantitative research with purposive sampling was employed in this study. Employees of PT. Transportation services were the research subjects, having 189 respondents who are in the Jabodetabek area with more than one yeas of servicer. The measuring instrument on this study has been adapted and modified of Organizational Climate Measure developed by Petterson (2005) with reliability = 0.751 and the Job Satisfaction Survey developed by Spector (1985) with reliability = 0.897. The data were analyzed using basic linear regression analysis, that organizational climate had a influenced employees job satisfaction of PT. Transportation Services with a hypothesis significance result of 0.000 (p <0.05) has an effect of 12,3% on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Transportation Services.
