Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Stres Kerja (X1), Kepuasan Kerja (X2), dan Komitmen Organisasional (X3) terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 9 bulan terhitung mulai bulan Maret 2022 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini adalah 154 karyawan. Berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 111 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) Uji regresi linear berganda dengan hasil persamaan Ŷ = 47,488 + 0,501X1 – 0,282.X2 – 0,541X3; (2) Uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji F pada tabel ANOVA yaitu F hitung sebesar 31,776 > F tabel 3,08. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara stres kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2) dan komitmen organisasional (X3) terhadap Turnover Intention (Y). Hasil uji T variabel stres kerja sebesar 5,356 > ttabel 1,982, variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar -3,974 < ttabel -1,982 dan variabel komitmen organisasional sebesar -5,910 < ttabel -1,982. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh positif antara stres kerja (X1) terhadap turnover intention (Y), pengaruh negatif antara kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap turnover intention (Y) dan pengaruh negatif antara komitmen organisasional (X3) terhadap Turnover Intention (Y). (5) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,471 yang berarti variabel turnover intention (Y) secara simultan atau bersama-sama adalah sebesar 47,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. **** This study aims to determine the effect of job stress (X1), job satisfaction (X2), organizational commitment (X3) on turnover intention (Y) of employees. This research was conducted for 9 months starting from March 2022 to December 2022. The research method used is a survey method. The affordable population in this study was 154 employees. Based on Isaac and Michael's table, the number of samples in this study was 111 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) Multiple linear regression test with the results of the equation = 47,488 + 0,501X1 – 0,282X2 – 0,541X3; (2) Hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. The results of the F test in the ANOVA table are F count of 31,776 > F table 3,08. This means that there is a simultaneous effect between Job Stress (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Organizational Commitment (X3) on Turnover Intention (Y). The results of the T-test for job stress variable is 5,356 > t table 1,982 and job satisfaction variable is -3,974 < t table -1,982 and organizational commitment is -5,910 < t table -1,982. This means that there is a positive effect between job stress (X1) and turnover intention (Y), a negative effect between job satisfaction (X2) and turnover intention (Y), and negative effect between organizational commitment (X3) and turnover intention (Y). (5) The result of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0,471 which means that the variable of turnover intention (Y) simultaneously or together is 47,1%, while the remaining 52,9% is influenced by other variables that wasn’t examined.
