Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh flexible Working arrangement terhadap empoyee engagement pada Pekerja Dewasa Awal. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 218 partisipan yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan alat ukur Utrecht Working Engagement Scale (UWES-17) untuk mengukur employee engagement dan Flexible Working Arrangement Scale oleh Hyland untuk mengukur flexible working arrangement berdasarkan flexitime dan flexplace. Teknis analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh flexible working arrangement terhadap employee engagement pada pekerja dewasa awal. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,24. Artinya, flexible working arrangement memberikan pengaruh terhadap employee engagement sebesar 24%. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of flexible working arrangement on employee engagement in early age workers. The subject of this study was 218 participants who were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection was obtained with Utrecht Working Engagement Scale (UWES-17) to measure the employee engagement and Flexible Working Arrangement Scale to measure the flexible working arrangement based on flexitime and flexplace. Analysis statistical test that is used to examine the hypothesis is multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 27 application. The result of this study indicates that there is an significant influence of flexible work arrangement on employee engagement in early age workers. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0,24. This means that flexible working arrangement affects employee engagement by 24%.
