Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri guru dalam pembelajaran di kelas inklusif wilayah Jepara khususnya kecamatan Mlonggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling purposive dimana penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu yakni sekolah-sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form yang telah disebarluaskan dan diisi oleh guru-guru yang mengajar di sekolah-sekolah yang berada di kecamatan Mlonggo. Dari pernyataan yang ada di kuesioner terdapat skala dari yang sangat setuju, setuju, ragu-ragu, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah efikasi diri guru dalam pembelajaran di kelas inklusif wilayah Jepara khususnya kecamatan Mlonggo berada di tingkat yang cukup tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil skor rata-rata yang diperoleh dari 65 responden yakni 67,4 dimana skor ini berada pada tingkat yang cukup tinggi dalam data distribusi frekuensi secara keseluruhan. *** This study aims to determine the level of teacher self-efficacy in learning in inclusive classrooms in the Jepara region, especially the Mlonggo sub-district. This study used purposive sampling where the determination of the sample was carried out with certain considerations namely schools providing inclusive education. The method used is a survey method with descriptive techniques.. Data collection was carriedout using a questionnaire via google form which had been disseminated and filled out by teachers teaching at schools in the Mlonggo sub- district. From the statements in the questionnaire there is a scale from strongly agree, agree, undecided, disagree,and strongly disagree. The results of this study are teacher self-efficacy in learningin inclusive classrooms in the Jepara region, especially the Mlonggo sub-district, which is at a fairly high level. This is evidenced by the results of the average score obtained from 65 respondents, namely 67.4 where this score is at a fairly high level in the overall frequency distribution data.
