Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji, menganalisis, mengembangkan dan menemukan pengaruh budaya organisasi, loyalitas (trisila TNI AL) dan pelayanan bermutu terhadap kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit, menggunakan metode survei. Sampel penelitian adalah 345 karyawan RSPAL dr. Ramelan yang dipilih dalam proportional stratified random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksplanatif. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS ver. 24.00 untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas alat ukur serta uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Loyalitas (trisila TNI AL) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Pelayanan bermutu berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pelayanan bermutu, (5) Loyalitas (trisila TNI AL) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap pelayanan bermutu, (6) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pelayanan bermutu namun tidak signifikan, dan (7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung loyalitas (trisila TNI AL) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pelayanan bermutu namun tidak signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan pentingnya faktor budaya organisasi dan aspek loyalitas (trisila TNI AL) serta pelayanan bermutu terhadap upaya peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Novelty pada penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh total tertinggi yaitu pada variabel Loyalitas (Trisila TNI AL) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien total sebesar 0,188. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Loyalitas (Trisila TNI AL), Pelayanan Bermutu, Kinerja Karyawan.**************The purpose of this study was to examine, analyze, develop and find the influence of organizational culture, loyalty (TRISILA TNI AL) and quality service on employee performance in hospitals, using a survey method. The research sample was 345 RSAL dr. Ramelan selected in proportional stratified random sampling. The research method used is explanative method. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS ver. 24.00 to test the validity, reliability of measuring instruments and test the research hypothesis. The results showed: (1) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect on employee performance, (2) Loyalty (trisila TNI AL) has a direct positive effect on employee performance, (3) Quality service has a direct positive effect on employee performance, (4) Organizational culture has an effect positive direct effect on quality service, (5) Loyalty (trisila TNI AL) has a positive direct effect on quality service, (6) There is an indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through quality service but not significant, and (7) There is an indirect effect of loyalty (trisila TNI AL) on employee performance through quality service but not significant. The results of this study illustrate the importance of organizational culture factors and aspects of loyalty (trisila TNI AL) and quality service to efforts to improve employee performance. The novelty in this study is the highest total effect, namely the variable Loyalty (Trisila TNI AL) on Employee Performance with a total coefficient of 0.188.
