Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah kenyamanan pengguna learning management system (LMS) berkorelasi dengan hasil belajar peserta pada pembelajaran online di Tempo Institute. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif Korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta program Prakerja yang telah melaksanakan pembelajaran online dengan menggunakan Learning management system (LMS) di Tempo Institute. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasional product moment memiliki keterkaitan nilai korelasi antara kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang lemah karena berada di rentang 0,21 – 0,40. Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa ketika peserta didik nyaman dan puas dengan aspek-aspek yang mendorong kenyamanan pengguna saat melakukan pembelajaran di LMS, maka peserta akan lebih mudah menggunakan LMS sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran yang membuat hasil belajar peserta didik akan meningkat. The purpose of this study was to see whether learning management system (LMS) user comfort correlated with participant learning outcomes in online learning at the Tempo Institute. This research is a quantitative approach to Pearson's Product Moment Correlation. The population of this research is pre-employment program participants who have implemented online learning using the Learning Management System (LMS) at the Tempo Institute. The results of this study indicate that the value of the product-moment correlation coefficient has a weak relationship between the correlation values between the two variables because they are in the range of 0.21 – 0.40. From this study, it was found that when students are comfortable and satisfied with the aspects that encourage user comfort when doing learning at the LMS, it is easier for participants to use the LMS as a learning aid which will increase student learning outcomes.
