Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Direktorat Kepala Sekolah, Pengawas Sekolah, dan Tenaga Kependidikan dibawah Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kemdikbud-ristek, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi persuasif, kreativitas, dan strategi kerja sama pada pengelolaan Program Sekolah Penggerak di Kemdikbud-ristek. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022 hingga Oktober 2022 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 5 (lima) orang yaitu, (1) Sub Koordinator Data dan Seleksi Program Sekolah Penggerak, (2) Sub Koordinator Pendampingan dan Pelatihan Program Sekolah Penggerak, (3) Sub Koordinator Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak, (4) Tim Teknis GTK – Data Specialyst Program Sekolah Penggerak, dan (5) Tim Teknis GTK – Konsultan Program Sekolah Penggerak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Komunikasi persuasif yang dilakukan diantaranya beraudiensi dengan pemerintah daerah, sosialisasi dengan peserta, webinar, dan rapat, (2) Kreativitas yang dihasilkan meliputi SIMPKB, LMS, data yang terintegrasi, pemutakhiran konten pembelajaran, dan pendampingan fasilitator, (3) Strategi kerja sama yang dibangun ialah berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, meliputi pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan satuan pendidikan. This research was conducted at Directorate of School Principals, School Supervisors, and Education Personnel under the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology was to identify the modes of persuasion communication, creativity, and teamwork strategies used in the management of the Mover School Program at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This research is a qualitative descriptive investigation that ran from March 2022 to October 2022. Five individuals served as the research subjects: (1) The Sub-Coordinator of Data and Selection of the Mover School Program; (2) The Sub-Coordinator of Assistance and Training of the Mover School Program; (3) The Sub-Coordinator of Implementation of the Mover School Program; (4) GTK Technical Team - The Data Specialist of the Mover School Program; and (5) GTK Technical Team - Consultant of the Mover School Program. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of this research indicate that, (1) Persuasive communication carried out includes audiences with local governments, socialization with participants, webinars, and meetings, (2) Creativity produced includes SIMPKB, LMS, integrated data, updating learning content, and facilitation assistance, (3) The cooperation strategy developed is collaborating with various parties, including the central government, regional governments, and education units.
