Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengembangkan media audio visual lagu anak untuk dapat membantu peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar membaca permulaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE oleh Branch. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan tes kemampuan membaca peserta didik. Media audio visual yang dikembangkan ini dapat diakses melalui link Google Drive untuk kemudian dapat diunduh maupun diakses secara daring saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Media ini mudah untuk digunakan secara mandiri karena berbentuk video pembelajaran. Hasil validasi terhadap media diperoleh sebagai berikut: validasi materi sebesar 89%, validasi bahasa sebesar 95%, dan validasi media sebesar 93% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil belajar peserta didik juga diolah kedalam uji t yang kemudian diperoleh thitung (3,651) > ttabel (2,160) dengan gain score sebesar 13,3. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audio visual lagu anak untuk pembelaran membaca permulaan kelas 1 sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. The aim of this research is to develop audio-visual media for children's songs to be able to help students who have difficulties in early reading. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model developed by Branch. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and tests of students' reading abilities. The developed audio-visual media can be accessed via the Google Drive link which then can be downloaded or accessed online during learning. This media is easy to use independently because it is in the form of a learning video. The validation results for the media were obtained as follows: material validation was 89%, language validation was 95%, and media validation was 93% with a “very feasible” category. Student learning outcomes were also processed into the t test which then obtained tcount (3.651) > ttable (2.160) with a gain score of 13.3. It can be concluded that the audio-visual media of children's songs for early reading of first grade of elementary school can improve student learning outcomes.
