Abstract

Penelitian Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai penerapan model problem based learning dalam pembelajaran PPKn di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kajian literatur dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman.Terdapat tiga tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini pada saat pengumpulan data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan mengkaji sumber pustaka seperti buku, jurnal dan skripsi yang sesuai dengan masalah peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model problem based learning memiliki peran yang amat besar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penggunan model problem based learning dapat membuat pembelajaran PPKn menjadi efektif dan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Penggunaan model problem based learning mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada siswa. Pembelajaran PPKn seharusnya membuat siswa menjadi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penyampaian materi dibuat semenarik mungkin untuk dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Materi PPKn dapat dihubungkan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari agar pembelajaran menjadi bermakna. Dengan begitu, pembelajaran PPKn dapat mengembangkan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotik siswa secara maksimal. This literature review study aims to examine the application of the problem based learning model in Civics learning in grade IV of elementary school. The research method used was the literature review method with the Miles and Huberman analysis model. There were three stages carried out in this study during data collection, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This data collection technique uses observation, interviews and reviewing library sources such as books, journals and theses that are appropriate to the researcher's problem. The results of the research show that the use of the problem based learning models has a very big role in the learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students.The use of problem based learning models can make Civic Education learning effective and have an impact on student learning outcomes. Use of models problem based learning able to develop students' critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities in students. Civics education should make students active in learning. Submission of material is made as attractive as possible to attract students' attention. Civic education material can be connected with everyday life so that learning becomes meaningful. That way, Civics learning can develop students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor to the fullest.
