Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah pembentukan lingkungan sekolah yang membantu siswa mengembangkan nilai-nilai etika dan perilaku yang bertanggung jawab. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan model manajemen Pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara pararel. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang diberikan angket sebanyak 230 orang yang terdiri dari 36 guru dan 194 siswa sedangkan pada tahap FGD jumlah sampel yang teribat sebanyak 139 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang kepala sekolah, 58 orang komiter sekolah, 30 guru dan 50 siswa. Jenis penelitian dilakukan kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang parallel dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process dan analisis hasil FGD. Data analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Microsoft excel dan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan metode reduksi data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini SMA Negeri 20 Jakarta perlu memanajemen pembentukan karakter siswa dengan urutan prioritas yaitu pembelajaran di kelas, budaya sekolah dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Urutan prioritas kriteria dalam Pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Menengah yaitu pembelajaran dikelas, budaya sekolah dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Urutan prioritas alternatif yaitu pada urutan prioritas pertama adalah pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, urutan prioritas kedua adalah persiapan pembelajaran, urutan prioritas ketiga partisipasi masyarakat, urutan keempat adalah kolaborasi guru dan staff administrasi sekolah, urutan kelima proses pembelajaran, urutan keenam adalah profesionalisme guru, urutan prioritas ketujuh adalah proses belajar mengajar yang efektif, urutan prioritas kedelapan adalah profesionalisme administrasi, urutan prioritas kesembilan adalah manajemen sekolah dan urutan prioritas kesepuluh adalah evaluasi pembelajaran. Para kepala sekolah sebaiknya melaksanakan manajemen sumber daya manusia melalui program Pendidikan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan. Pendidikan profil pelajar Pancasila berdasarkan kurikulum merdeka yang adaptif, konsisten dan berkesinambungan. Kata Kunci: Budaya Sekolah, Keterlibatan Masyarakat, Pembelajaran Di Kelas, Pendidikan Karakter Character education is the establishment of a school environment that helps students develop ethical values and responsible behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the character education management model in secondary schools. This study uses quantitative and qualitative research methods in parallel. In this study, the number of samples given to the questionnaire was 230 people consisting of 36 teachers and 194 students, while at the FGD stage the number of samples involved was 139 people consisting of 1 school principal, 58 school committee members, 30 teachers and 50 students. This type of research is carried out qualitatively and quantitatively in parallel with the analytical techniques used in this study using the analytical hierarchy process method and the analysis of FGD results. Quantitative data analysis using Microsoft excel and qualitative data were analyzed by data reduction method to draw conclusions. The results of this study SMA Negeri 20 Jakarta need to manage the formation of students' character in priority order, namely learning in the classroom, school culture and community involvement. The order of priority criteria in character education in secondary schools is classroom learning, school culture and community involvement. The alternative priority order is that the first priority order is fun learning, the second priority order is preparation for learning, the third priority order is community participation, the fourth priority order is the collaboration of teachers and school administration staff, the fifth order is the learning process, the sixth is teacher professionalism, the seventh priority order is an effective teaching and learning process, the eighth priority order is administrative professionalism, the ninth priority order is school management and the tenth priority order is learning evaluation. School principals should carry out human resource management through a character education program for Pancasila student profiles consistently and continuously.
