Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan arah analisis novel “Pasung Jiwa” karya Okky Madasari. Sehingga permasalahan yang akan dibahas dapat menjurus dan aefektif sesuai dengan rumusan masalah. Penelitian ini tidak terkait oleh tempat dan waktu karena penelitian ini mendasarkan pada analisi isi yang dikelompokan pada penelitian kepustakaan. Agar penelitian ini terarah dan sesui target maka penelitian akan memberikan rentang waktu penyelesaian selama tiga bulan sampai dengan penulisan laporan hasil penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik baca dan catat. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kartu data. Kartu data dgunakan untuk mencatat data tentang kepribadian dan aktualisasi diri tokoh utama dalam novel “Pasung Jiwa” karya Okky Madasari. Instrument lain dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti. Instrumen ini berfungsi sentral untuk megamati, menginterpretasi, mendeskripsikan, mengkatagorikan dan memberikan kesimpulan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh.***** This research is a qualitative descriptive study, this staudy aims to determine the direction of the analysis of pasung jiwa novel by Okky Madasari. So that the issues to be discussed can be effective and accordance with the formulation of problem. This reserch is not bound by place and time because this reserch is based on content analiysis grouped in library reserch. So that this research is directed and acording to the target, the research will provide a time span of completion for three month until the writing of the research report. Data collection techniques used in this study are reading and note-talking techniques. The research instrument used in this study was a data car. Data caards are used to record data about the personality and selfactualization of the main characters in the novel by Okky mada sari. Another instrument in this study is the resercher. This instrument hs a central function to observe, interpret, describe, categorize and provide conclusion based on data obtained.
