Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosi, iklim organisasi, dan kerjasama tim, terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini merupakan studi survei yang dilakukan terhadap Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 425 orang sedangkan sampel penelitian didapat berjumlah 100 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif berbentuk penelitian survei. Hasil pengujian dijelaskan secara deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Selain itu, kecerdasan emosi dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap teamwork. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan peran mediasi teamwork pada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosi, dan iklim organisasi terhadap OCB. This study aims to examine transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, organizational climate, and teamwork, on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research is a survey study conducted on Civil Servants at the Education and Culture Office of Central Sulawesi Province. The population in this study amounted to 425 people while the research sample obtained was 100 people using the Slovin formula. The research method uses quantitative research in the form of survey research. The test results are described descriptively and verified using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational climate had a direct and significant effect on OCB. In addition, emotional intelligence and organizational climate have a direct and significant effect on teamwork. This study did not find the mediating role of teamwork on the effect of transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational climate on OCB.
