Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan, mengungkap fakta, serta memperoleh temuan empiris pada Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia Untuk Mewujudkan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja Dan Lingkungan (K3L) di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Pada Badan Usaha Jalan Tol (BUJT) Ruas Kuala Tanjung Tebing Tinggi Parapat yang difokuskan pada pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mewujudkan keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan di masa pandemic covid-19. Desain penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan alat uji analisis NVIVO. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen.Informan penelitian adalah Project Owner, Konsultan Pengawasan Teknik, Kontraktor dan Pelaksana di lapangan. Uji keabsahan kualitas data dilakukan melalui triangulasi data, sumber, metode dan waktu. Hasil penelitian dan temuan system keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan mutlak diperlukan dalam setiap industry hal ini perlu dirancang dengan matang sebelum pekerjaan dimulai, sumber daya manusia merupakan asset utama perlu dilakukan peremajaan berkala sehingga mutlak diperlukan pengelolaan kompetensi sdm untuk memahami K3L sehingga memiliki semangat untuk mencapai target perusahaan, inovasi merupakan salah satu kunci kesuksesan perusahaan maka bagaimana pengelolaan sumber daya manusia mampu memberikan system reward yang menarik, kegiatan konstruksi melibatkan banyak pihak sehingga perlunya dilakukan manajemen risiko serta menjaga protocol kesehatan untuk mencegah menularnya covid-19 sehingga pekerjaan mampu diselesaikan dalam kondisi apapun. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia, Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan, Pandemi Covid-19. This study aims to explain, reveal facts, and obtain empirical findings on Human Resource Management to Realize Occupational Health and Environmental Safety (K3L) during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Kuala Tanjung Tebing Tinggi Parapat Toll Road Business Entity which is focused on on the management of human resource management to realize occupational health and environmental safety during the covid-19 pandemic. The research design with a qualitative approach uses the NVIVO analysis test tool. Collecting data using interview, observation and document review methods. Research informants are Project Owners, Technical Supervision Consultants, Contractors and Implementers in the field. The validity of the data quality test was carried out through triangulation of data, sources, methods and time. Research results and findings of an occupational health and environmental safety system are absolutely necessary in every industry, this needs to be carefully designed before work begins, human resources are the main asset. Periodic rejuvenation is necessary so that HR competency management is absolutely necessary to understand K3L so that they have the enthusiasm to achieve targets. In the company, innovation is one of the keys to the company's success, so how is the management of human resources able to provide an attractive reward system, construction activities involve many parties so it is necessary to carry out risk management and maintain health protocols to prevent the spread of covid-19 so that work can be completed under any conditions.
