Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap loyalitas pegawai di tim Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah employee engagement sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan loyalitas pegawai sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian adalah 134 pegawai yang tersebar di beberapa function atau biro pada tim PMM Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Sampling sebanyak 100 pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menhasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 102,305 + 0,359X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,193 atau 19,3%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung 4,848 dan nilai ttabel 1,984. Sehingga nilai thitung (4,848) > ttabel (1,984) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel employee engagement memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas pegawai pada tim Platform Merdeka Mengajar Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi. Kata Kunci: Keterikatan Pegawai, Loyalitas Pegawai. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on employee loyalty in the Merdeka Teaching Platform (PMM) team of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The variables in this study are employee engagement as the independent variable (variable X) and employee loyalty as the dependent variable (variable Y). This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. The population in the study were 134 employees spread across several functions or bureaus in the PMM team of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The sampling technique used was Proportional Sampling as many as 100 employees who were used as research samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model which produced a regression equation Ŷ= 102.305 + 0.359X and a coefficient of determination of 0.193 or 19.3%. From the results of hypothesis testing with the t test, the tcount value is 4.848 and the ttable value is 1.984. So that the tcount (4.848) > ttable (1.984) and the result is a significance value of 0.000 <0.005. So it is stated that the employee engagement variable has a significant and positive influence on employee loyalty in the Merdeka Belajar Platform team of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
