Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara blended learning dengan communication skills pada kegiatan pelatihan dasar (latsar) CPNS tahun 2022 di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI. Variabel yang diteliti yakni blended learning sebagai variabel independent (variabel X) dan communication skills sebagai variabel dependen (variabel Y). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Agustus 2022 – Juli 2023. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Selanjutnya untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana, korelasi pearson product moment, koefisien determinan, dan uji signifikansi parsial (uji-t). Dari hasil hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 3,973 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,653, sedangkan pada uji analisis linear sederhana menunjukkan arah yang positif sebesar 0,72 dikategorikan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Berdasarkan koefisien determinan, blended learning memiliki kontribusi sebesar 67,5% terhadap communication skill. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara blended learning dengan communication skills pada kegiatan pelatihan dasar (latsar) CPNS tahun 2022 di Pusdiklat Kemlu RI. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin efektif pelatihan menggunakan blended learning maka akan semakin efektif juga communication skills pada kegiatan pelatihan dasar (latsar) CPNS tahun 2022 di Pusdiklat Kemlu RI. ***** This study aims to determine whether or not there is a positive and significant relationship between blended learning and communication skills in the 2022 CPNS basic training activities at the Education and Training Center of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The variables studied were blended learning as the independent variable (variable X) and communication skills as the dependent variable (variable Y). This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research type. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). This research was conducted from August 2022 – July 2023. The data analysis technique used was a prerequisite test using a normality test and a linearity test. Furthermore, to test the hypothesis using a simple linear regression analysis test, Pearson product moment correlation, determinant coefficient, and partial significance test (t-test). From the results of the hypothesis obtained tcount = 3.973 greater than ttable = 1.653, while the simple linear analysis test shows a positive direction of 0.72 arranged to have a very strong relationship. Based on the determinant coefficient, blended learning has a contribution of 67.5% to communication skills. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between blended learning and communication skills in the 2022 CPNS basic training activities at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pusdiklat. Based on these conclusions, it can be said that the more effective the training using blended learning, the more effective the communication skills will be in the CPNS basic training activities (latsar) in 2022 at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Education and Training Center.
