Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Hybrid-Working dengan Work-Life Balance pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI. Variabel yang diteliti adalah Hybrid-Working (Variabel X) dengan Work-Life Balance (Varibael Y). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel Hybrid-Working dengan Work-Life Balance menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Form. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah 80 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi sederhana, uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan uji signifikansi parsial (uji t) dengan sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,001. Karena nilai Sig. 0,001 < probabilitas 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Hybrid-Working (X) dengan Work-Life Balance (Y) pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik pelaksanaan Hybrid-Working maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat Work-Life Balance Pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI. ***** This study aims to determine the relationship between Hybrid-Working and the Work-Life Balance of employees at the Center for Education and Training of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The variables studied were Hybrid-Working (Variable X) with Work-Life Balance (Varibael Y). The method used is a survey research method with quantitative methods. Data collection for the Hybrid-Working variable with Work-Life Balance uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling with a total of 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple regression analysis, Pearson Product Moment correlation test, and partial significance test (t test) with the previous prerequisite test consisting of a normality test and a linearity test. From the results of hypothesis testing, the value of Sig. of 0.001. Because the value of Sig. 0.001 < probability 0.05, so H0 is rejected. It can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant relationship between Hybrid-Working (X) and Work-Life Balance (Y) employees at the Center for Education and Training of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on these conclusions, it can be said that the better the implementation of Hybrid-Working, the higher the level of Employee Work-Life Balance at the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
