Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang persepsi guru pada penerapan kurikulum merdeka yang dikaji dalam tiga ini indikator yaitu penyerapan, pemahaman, dan penilaian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 73 Jakarta, Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada guru kelas 7 SMP Negeri 73 Jakarta sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru pada penerapan kurikulum merdeka berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor total 3.917. Terdapat tiga indikator yang mendasari penelitian ini yaitu pemahaman, penyerapan dan penilaian. Dilihat dari tiga indikator yaitu pemahaman memperoleh skor sebesar 1.536, penyerapan memperoleh skor sebesar 1.366 dan penilaian memperoleh skor sebesar 1.016. Selain itu terdapat beberapa kendala yang dialami selama penerapan kurikulum merdeka di sekolah yaitu kendala dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, masih ditemukannya beberapa guru yang kesulitan dalam menyusun modul ajar. Kendala lainnya dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu pada penyediaan buku ajar siswa dan sarana prasana di sekolah. Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Guru, Kurikulum Merdeka Abstract This study aims to determine the description of teacher perceptions of the implementation of an independent curriculum that is studied in three indicators, namely absorption, understanding, and assessment. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 73 Jakarta, South Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. This research was conducted on 7th grade teachers of SMP Negeri 73 Jakarta as many as 30 people. The results concluded that teachers' perceptions of the implementation of an independent curriculum were in the good category with a total score of 3,917. There are three indicators underlying this research, namely understanding, absorption, and assessment. Judging from these three indicators, namely understanding obtained a score of 1,536, absorption obtained a score of 1,366 and assessment obtained a score of 1,016. In addition, there are several obstacles experienced during the implementation of an independent curriculum in schools, namely obstacles in lesson planning, where some teachers still find it difficult to compile learning modules. Another obstacle in the implementation of learning is the provision of student textbooks and infrastructure at school. Keywords: Perception, Teacher, Independent Curriculum
