Abstract

Garis besar penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Bagaimana strategi penanaman nilai-nilai sosial-keagamaan melalui hidden curriculum di jenjang SMA Negeri. Selain itu, Penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan Bagaimana Peranaan hidden curriculum dalam penanaman nilai-nilai sosial-keagamaan di jenjang SMA Negeri. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan dengan metode studi kasus dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam secara langsung maupun daring, dan dokumentasi. Subjek peneliltian ini terdiri dari empat informan kunci yang terdiri dari mentor, Peserta Mentoring-Rohis, Aggota Forum Alumni Rohis (Poris), dan Pengurus AISI. Kemudian terdapat tiga informan triangulasi yang terdiri dari anggota Rohis SMA Negeri 7 Depok, Pembina Rohis SMA Negeri 7 Depok, dan Guru SMA Negeri 7 Depok. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 7 Depok yang terletak di Jln. Masjid Al- Amsyir, Leuwinanggung, Tapos, Depok, Jawa Barat, 16456. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep hidden curriculum berdasarkan pemikiran Henry Armand Giroux. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, strategi pelaksanaan mentoring-Rohis terpaku pada peran mentor. Mentor menjadi salah satu subyek penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan Mentoring-Rohis, tanpa adanya mentor maka proses transfer nilai melalui Mentoring-Rohis tidak akan pernah terjadi. Terdapat kegiatan penunjang lain seperti Rihlah, Tafakkur Alam, Riyadhoh, dan Mabit sebagai strategi penanaman nilai-nilai sosial-keagamaan. Terdapat peran dari pihak luar dalam pelaksanaan Mentoring-Rohis di SMA Negeri 7 Depok yaitu, Yayasan AISI dan Forum Alumni Rohis (Poris). Yayasan AISI membawa serta sistem pembinaan dalam bentuk Tarbiyah. Pembinaan Tarbiyah merupakan sistem pembinaan yang dibawa oleh gerakan Ikhwanul Muslimin yang didirikan oleh Imam Hasan Al-Banna. Yayasan AISI bersama Forum Alumni Rohis (Poris) melakukan kerja sama dengan Rohis SMA Negeri 7 Depok dalam melaksanakan hidden curriculum Mentoring-Rohis di SMA Negeri 7 Depok. Hidden curriculum dalam bentuk Mentoring-Rohis mampu melahirkan nilai-nilai yang bersifat lebih awet dan memberi bekas lebih lama dalam diri siswa. Hidden curriculum Mentoring-Rohis mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai Tarbiyah yang dibawa oleh Mentoring-Rohis. ***** The outline of this study has the aim of describing how the strategy of instilling socio-religious values through hidden curriculum at the public high school level. In addition, this study also describes how the role of the hidden curriculum in inculcating socio-religious values at the public high school level. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The subjects of this research consisted of four key informants consisting of mentors, Mentoring-Rohis Participants, Members of the Rohis Alumni Forum (Poris), and AISI Management. Then there were three triangulation informants consisting of Rohis members at SMA Negeri 7 Depok, Spiritual Advisors at SMA Negeri 7 Depok, and Teachers at SMA Negeri 7 Depok. The research location was carried out at SMA Negeri 7 Depok, which is located on Jln. Masjid Al-Amsyir, Leuwinanggung, Tapos, Depok, Jawa Barat, 16456. This study uses the hidden curriculum concept based on the ideas of Henry Armand Giroux. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the implementation strategy for Rohis-mentoring is focused on the role of the mentor. Mentors become one of the important subjects in carrying out Mentoring-Rohis activities, without a mentor, the process of transferring value through Mentoring-Rohis will never occur. There are other supporting activities such as Rihlah, Tafakkur Alam, Riyadhoh, and Mabit as a strategy for instilling socio-religious values.. There is a role from outsiders in the implementation of Spiritual Mentoring at SMA Negeri 7 Depok, namely, the AISI Foundation and the Forum Alulmni Rohis (Poris). The AISI Foundation brings with it a coaching system in the form of Tarbiyah. Tarbiyah guidance is a coaching system carried out by the Muslim Brotherhood movement founded by Imam Hasan Al-Banna. The AISI Foundation together with the Forum Alumni Rohis (Poris) collaborated with the Rohis of SMA Negeri 7 Depok in implementing hidden curriculum Mentoring-Rohis at SMA Negeri 7 Depok. The hidden curriculum in the form of Mentoring-Rohis is able to produce values that are more durable and leave a lasting impression on students. Hidden curriculum Mentoring-Rohis is able to instill Tarbiyah values brought by Mentoring-Rohis.
