Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui optimalisasi karakter gotong royong dalam Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan secara akurat mengenai optimalisasi karakter melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam tema gotong royong. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tiga belas orang yang merupakan sepuluh siswa kelas X dan dua guru fasilitator dari SMAN 33 Jakarta sebagai informan. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian digunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumen analisis. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini ialah pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMA 33 Jakarta dilaksanakan sesuai arahan panduan projek dan terdapat pengembangkan karakter didalamnya. Pengoptimalan karakter gotong royong dalam Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila terjadi melalui pelaksanannya yang berkelompok, motivasi dari guru fasilitator, dan juga tugas projek yang sama – sama dipecahkan oleh siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta telah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan langkah PjBL. Pengoptimalan karakter gotong royong melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila juga memberikan progres perkembangan siswa dalam pengetahuan, perasaan, dan juga kebiasaan. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of the character of gotong royong in the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila for class X students at SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta. This research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that accurately describes character optimization through the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila on the theme of gotong royong. The participants in this study were thirteen people: ten students from class X and two facilitating teachers from SMAN 33 Jakarta as informants. In collecting research data, we used observation techniques, interviews, and document analysis. The findings of this study are that the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila at SMA 33 Jakarta is carried out according to the project guidelines, and there is character development in it. Optimizing the character of gotong royong in the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila occurs through group implementation, motivation from the teacher facilitator, and project assignments that are equally solved by students. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila at SMA Negeri 33 Jakarta has been carried out well according to the PjBL steps. Optimizing the character of gotong royong through the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila also provides progress in student development in knowledge, feelings, and habits.
