Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi penguatan profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMAN 5 Jakarta. SMAN 5 Jakarta merupakan salah satu sekolah unggulan di wilayah Jakarta Pusat dan sudah mulai menerapkan kurikulum merdeka serta melaksanakan penguatan profil pelajar pancasila berbasis nilai – nilai religius di sekolah. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penginterpretasian keadaan yang sebenarnya tentang suatu objek atau keadaan dari hasil temuan di lapangan. Subjek penelitian adalah staff kurikulum, kesiswaan, dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data ialah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah, intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler di SMAN 5 Jakarta ialah suatu kebijakan yang dibuat dan dilaksanakan dengan manfaat dan tujuan dalam hal penguatan keenam dimensi profil pelajar pancasila pada siswa. Beberapa strategi di dalamnya antara lain pembiasaan keagamaan, keteladanan, dan pembelajaran project based learning yang juga erat kaitannya dengan teori Glock dan Stark mengenai aspek religius yang memberikan manfaat bagi penguatan karakter siswa. Kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan bukanlah suatu halangan untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan agar dapat mencapai tujuan yaitu menumbuhkembangkan pemahaman serta penguatan karakter profil Pelajar Pancasila pada siswa. This study aims to describe strategies to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at SMAN 5 Jakarta. SMAN 5 Jakarta is one of the leading schools in the Central Jakarta area and has begun to implement an independent curriculum and strengthen the profile of Pancasila students based on religious values in schools. The method in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely the interpretation of the actual state of an object or state from the findings in the field. The subjects of the study were curriculum staff, students, and teachers of Islamic Religious Education. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that school culture, intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular at SMAN 5 Jakarta is a policy made and implemented with benefits and objectives in terms of strengthening the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in students. Some approaches in it include religious habituation, example, and project-based learning which is also closely related to Glock and Stark's theory of religious aspects that provide benefits for strengthening student character. Obstacles in the implementation of activities are not an obstacle to continue carrying out activities in order to achieve the goal of fostering understanding and strengthening the character of the Pancasila profile in students.
