Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan metode sosiodrama terhadap kemampuan bernalar kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas VII SMPN 7 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta desain penelitian pre-test post-test control group design. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yakni pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tujuan tertentu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan maret sampai april 2023 yang melibatkan total 60 siswa kelas VII. Sesuai dengan desain penelitian yang dipilih, peneliti menggunakan dua kelas yang akan dijadikan sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan metode ceramah dan kelas eksperimen menggunakan metode sosiodrama. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti pada penelitian ini yaitu instrumen pre-test dan post-test. Instrumen tes tersebut kemudian diuji sehingga menghasilkan 7 pertanyaan yang valid dan reliabel. Kemudian dilakukan pula uji normalitas dan homogenitas sebagai uji prasyarat analisis data yang menghasilkan data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Dari uji tersebut dapat dilakukan Uji-T atau Independent Sample T-test karena syarat penggunaan uji T telah terpenuhi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t atau Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 yang artinya Ha diterima. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh dilakukan uji Cohen’s dan diperoleh nilai 0,8 yang masuk dalam kategori besar. Maka dari itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dalam penggunaan metode sosiodrama terhadap kemampuan bernalar kritis siswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Sosiodrama, Bernalar kritis, Pendidikan Pancasila, Kuantitatif, Pembelajaran This study aims to determine the effect of using the sociodrama method on students' critical reasoning abilities in learning Pancasila Education in class VII SMPN 7 Jakarta. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach and a pre-test and post-test control group design. The sample used is a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling is done with a specific purpose. This research was carried out from March to April 2023 involving a total of 60 students. In the chosen research design, the researcher used two classes which were used as the control class using the lecture method and the experimental class using the sociodrama method. The research instruments used by researchers in this study were pre-test and post-test instruments. The test instrument was then tested to produce 7 valid and reliable questions. Then the normality and homogeneity tests were also carried out as prerequisite tests for data analysis, which produced normal and homogeneously distributed data. From this test, a T-test or Independent Sample T-test can be carried out because the conditions for using the T-test have been fulfilled. The results of testing the hypothesis using the t-test or Independent Sample T-test show a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.005, which means that Ha is accepted. Furthermore, to determine the magnitude of the influence, Cohen's test was carried out and a value of 0.8 was obtained which was included in the large category. Therefore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of the sociodrama method has an influence on students' critical reasoning abilities in Pancasila Education lessons in class VII SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta.
