Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan pengunjung wahana Bounce Street Asia Trampoline Park terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari Bulan Februari hingga Juli tahun 2023. Penelitian dilakukan di wahana Bounce Street Asia Trampoline Park yang berlokasi di Jl. Artha Gading Selatan, No. Kav 8, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner dengan jumlah 100 responden yang merupakan pengunjung sekaligus bersekolah di Bounce School yang ada di wahana tersebut, yang sebelumnya angket tersebut sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan metode Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yakni menganalisis data kuantitatif dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum atau generalisasi. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan menggunakan 4 indikator yang meliputi perencanaan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, bangunan dan fasilitas ruangan yang tersedia, fasilitas penunjang kenyamanan Gedung dan arena serta alat bermain yang layak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung sudah merasa cukup puas terhadap sarana dan prasarana yang ada di wahana Bounce Street Asia Trampoline Park dengan presentasi 40%. *ABSTRAK* This study aims to determine how much the satisfaction level of visitors to the Bounce Street Asia Trampoline Park rides with the facilities and infrastructure provided. This research was conducted from February to July 2023. The research was conducted at the Bounce Street Asia Trampoline Park vehicle located on Jl. Artha Gading Selatan, No. Kav 8, North Jakarta. The method used in this research is a survey method using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents who are visitors and at the same time attend school at the Bounce School in the vehicle, previously the questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha method. The analysis used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis, namely analyzing quantitative data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make general conclusions or generalizations. Measuring the level of satisfaction using 4 indicators which include planning and procuring facilities and infrastructure, available buildings and room facilities, supporting facilities for the comfort of buildings and arenas and proper playing equipment. The results of this study indicate that visitors are quite satisfied with the existing facilities and infrastructure at the Bounce Street Asia Trampoline Park vehicle with a presentation of 40%.
