Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai negeri sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok. Variabel yang diteliti adalah self-efficacy sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan metode survei. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel self-efficacy dan kepuasan kerja pegawai menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk butir yang melibatkan 101 sampel pegawai negeri sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah korelasi product moment, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji prasyarat. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikansi korelasi sebesar 0,000. Dimana hasil tersebut lebih kecil daripada 0,05. Sedangkan nilai korelasi (rxy) kedua variabel sebesar 0,689. Dari koefisien determinasi, self-efficacy memberikan kontribusi sebesar 47,5% terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara self-efficacy dengan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa self-efficacy yang dimiliki oleh pegawai dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.*****This study discusses the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction civil servants at education department in Depok City. The variables studied were self-efficacy as the independent variable (variable X) and job satisfaction as the dependent variable (variable Y). This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection for self-efficacy and job satisfaction variables used a questionnaire in the form of items involving 101 samples of civil servants at department of education in Depok City. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is product moment correlation, by first conducting prerequisite tests. From the results of hypothesis testing, a correlation significance value of 0.000 was obtained. Where these results are smaller than 0.05. While the correlation value (rxy) of the two variables is 0.689. From the coefficient of determination, self-efficacy contributes 47.5% to employee job satisfaction. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Based on this conclusion, it can be said that self-efficacy owned by employees can increase job satisfaction.
