Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi Projek Penguatan profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMAN 28 Jakarta. Sub fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan Projek meliputi: pembentukan tim projek, mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan sekolah, menentukan tema projek, pembuatan modul projek serta sosialisasi dan pendampingan projek; 2) Pengorganisasian meliputi: pelatihan, membentuk tim projek dan penerbitan SK Fasilitator; 3) Pelaksanaan meliputi: Tahap Pengenalan, Tahap Kontekstualisasi, Tahap Aksi, dan Tahap Refleksi; 4) Pengendalian meliputi: membuat format asesmen dan rubrik, melakukan monitoring projek, dan pengukuran/evaluasi dampak projek.*****This study aims to describe the implementation of the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile Project at SMAN 28 Jakarta. The sub-foci of this research include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study employs a qualitative approach and a descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Project planning includes forming a project team, identifying the school's readiness level, determining the project theme, creating project modules, as well as project socialization and mentoring. 2) Organizing involves training, forming project teams, and issuing facilitator appointment letters. 3) Actuating comprises the Introduction Phase, Contextualization Phase, Action Phase, and Reflection Phase. 4) Control encompasses creating assessment formats rubrics, conducting project monitoring, and measuring/evaluating project impact.
