Abstract

THE EFFECT OF FLIPPED CLASSROOM MODIFICATION TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) ON PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY VIEWED FROM SELF-REGUATED LEARNING (SRL) IN STUDENTS ROBBYAH MUHYI DIANTY ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of flipped classroom modified Teams Games Tournament (TGT) on problem solving abilities in terms of self-regulated learning (SRL). The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research design. The sample in this study was class III at SD Negeri Blukbuk I, Kronjo District, for the 2022/2023 school year with class III.B as the control class and class III.A as the experimental class. The topic of this study is the subject matter of mathematics in fractions. Data collection was carried out through tests and analyzed using a two-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a treatment design by level 2 x 2. The results showed that: (1) the problem solving abilities of students who studied with flipped classroom learning modified by teams games tournament (TGT) were different with the problem solving abilities of students who study with scientific learning; (2) there is an interaction effect between learning methods and SRL on problem solving abilities, (3) students who have high SRL, students' mathematical problem solving abilities are higher with flipped classroom learning modified teams games tournament (TGT) than students who study scientifically; (4) there is no difference between students who study scientifically and students who learn with a flipped classroom modification of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) for students who have low SRL and learning outcomes in mathematical problem solving abilities. So students who use flipped classroom learning and high SRL have learning outcomes with good problem solving. PENGARUH FLIPPED CLASSROOM MODIFIKASI TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH DITINJAU DARI SELF-REGULATED LEARNING (SRL) PADA SISWA ROBBYAH MUHYI DIANTY ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh flipped classroom modifikasi teams games tournament (TGT) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah ditinjau dari self-regulated learning (SRL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen. Sampel pada penelitian ini kelas III SD Negeri Blukbuk I Kecamatan Kronjo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan kelas III.B sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas III.A sebagai kelas eksperimen. Topik pada penelitian ini yaitu matapelajaran matematika materi pecahan. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui tes dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Varians (ANOVA) dua jalur dengan desain treatmen by level 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran flipped classroom modifikasi teams games tournament (TGT) berbeda dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran saintifik; (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan SRL terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah, (3) siswa yang memiliki SRL tinggi, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa lebih tinggi dengan pembelajaran flipped classroom modifikasi teams games tournament (TGT) daripada siswa yang belajar dengan saintifik; (4) tidak ada perbedaan siswa yang belajar dengan saintifik dan siswa yang belajar dengan flipped classroom modifikasi teams games tournament (TGT) bagi siswa yang memiliki SRL rendah dan hasil belajar kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Jadi siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran flipped classroom dan SRL tinggi memiliki hasil belajar dengan pemecahan masalah yang baik. Kata kunci: metode pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran flipped classroom, metode pembelajaran saintifik, SRL, kemampuan pemecahan masalah.
