Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan dan kepercayaan diri pada anggota e-sport mobile Rex Requm Qeon (RRQ) usia 17-25 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan disebar secara online melalui goggle form oleh peneliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang. Sampel berjumlah 15 orang kategori usia 17-25 tahun, aktif dalam kompetisi dan terdaftar pada tim Rex Requm Qeon (RRQ). Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dari 15 anggota e-sport mobile Rex Requm Qeon (RRQ). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anggota dengan tingkat kecemasan pada kategori Sangat Tinggi berjumlah 4 orang (26,67%), pada kategori Tinggi berjumlah 7 orang (46,67%), pada kategori sedang berjumlah 4 orang (26,67%), dan tidak ada anggota tim yang berada pada kategori tingkat kecemasan rendah dan sangat rendah. Hasil penelitian pada tingkat kepercayaan diri yang berada pada kategori Sangat Tinggi berjumlah 5 orang (33,33%), pada kategori Tinggi berjumlah 10 orang (66,67%), dan tidak ada anggota tim yang berada pada kategori Sedang, Rendah, dan Sangat Rendah. Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, Kepercayaan Diri, E-Sport Mobile Rex Requm Qeon (RRQ) *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the level of anxiety and self-confidence in Rex Requm Qeon (RRQ) mobile e-sport members aged 17-25 years. This research is a descriptive research. The method used was a survey, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and distributed online via a goggle form by the researcher. The population in this study amounted to 37 people. The sample is 15 people aged 17-25 years, active in competitions and registered with the Rex Requm Qeon (RRQ) team. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling of 15 members of the mobile e-sport Rex Requm Qeon (RRQ). Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that members with an anxiety level in the Very High category were 4 people (26.67%), in the High category there were 7 people (46.67%), in the medium category there were 4 people (26.67%), and not team members who are in the category of low and very low anxiety levels. The results of the research on the level of self-confidence in the Very High category were 5 people (33.33%), in the High category there were 10 people (66.67%), and there were no team members who were in the Medium, Low and Very categories.
