Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh pemanfaatan learning management system terhadap mutu pembelajaran pada pembekalan calon pengajar praktik angkatan 7 program guru penggerak di Kemendikbudristek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh pemanfaatan learning management system terhadap mutu pembelajaran pada pembekalan calon pengajar praktik angkatan 7 program guru penggerak di Kemendikbudristek. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pemanfaatan learning management system sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan mutu pembelajaran sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y) penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kepada guru sebagai peserta pembekalan calon pengajar praktik angkatan 7. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel pemanfaatan learning management system dan mutu pembelajaran menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah linier sederhana, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar = 5,542 yang artinya lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar = 1,986. Hasil penelitan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pemanfaatan learning management system terhadap mutu pembelajaran pada pembekalan calon pengajar praktik angkatan 7 program guru penggerak di Kemendikbudristek. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pemanfaatan learning management system yang baik, maka semakin tinggi pula mutu pembelajaran yang baik. Kata Kunci: Pemanfaatan Learning Management System, Mutu Pembelajaran ***** This study discusses the effect of utilizing a learning management system on the quality of learning at the briefing of prospective practical teaching in batch 7 of the Guru Penggerak Program at The Ministry of Education, Research and Technology. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of utilizing a learning management system on the quality of learning at the briefing of prospective practical teachers in batch 7 of the Guru Penggerak Program at The Ministry of Education, Research and Technology. The variables studied were the utilizing of learning management system as the independent variable (variable X) and the quality of learning as the dependent variable (variable Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method for teachers as participants i the debriefing of prospective teaching practice batch 7. Data collection for the variable utilization of the learning management system and the quality of learning uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear, by first conducting prerequisite tests including normality tests, regression significance tests and linearity tests. From the results of the hypothesis obtained tcount = 5.542, which means greater than ttable = 1.986. The results of this research can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the utilizing of learning management system on the quality of learning in the debriefing of prospective practical teaching in batch 7 of the Guru Penggerak Program at The Ministry off Education, Research and Technology. Based on these conclusions, it can be said that the higher the level of utilization of a good learning management system, the higher the quality of good learning.
