Abstract

Belajar akan dikatakan berhasil apabila ada hasil belajar nyata. Salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar adalah motivasi, yang terbagi menjadi dua yakni motivasi intrinsik motivasi ekstrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak hubungan antara motivasi belajar online dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah workshop pengetahuan teknologi kecantikan pada mahasiswa kosmetika dan perawatan kecantikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta serta, seberapa besar hubungan tersebut. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total population sampling. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 52 mahasiswa program studi Kosmetika dan Perawatan Kecantikan angkatan 2021, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data pada variabel motivasi belajar online (X) menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert. Pada variabel hasil belajar mata kuliah workshop pengetahuan teknologi kecantikan (Y) teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan nilai hasil belajar mata kuliah tersebut selama satu semester. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar 0,604 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,5%, nilai thitung 5,358 > ttabel 2,009 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolah dan Ha diterima, maka hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar online dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah workshop pengetahuan teknologi kecantikan dengan tingkat kontribusi motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 36,5%. ***** Learning is considered successful when there are tangible learning outcomes. One crucial factor influencing learning outcomes is motivation, which is divided into two types: intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between online learning motivation and the learning outcomes of the beauty technology knowledge workshop course among students majoring in Cosmetology and Beauty Care at the State University of Jakarta, as well as the strength of that relationship. The research method employed is correlational, with a total population sampling technique. The study involved 52 students from the Cosmetology and Beauty Care program, class of 2021, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. Data collection for the online learning motivation variable (X) was done using a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection for the learning outcomes of the beauty technology knowledge workshop course variable (Y) involved the grades obtained in that course over one semester. The research results revealed a correlation value of 0.604 and a coefficient of determination of 36.5%. The calculated t-value (5.358) was greater than the tabulated t-value (2.009) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, indicating a significant and positive relationship between online learning motivation and the learning outcomes of the beauty technology knowledge workshop course, with online learning motivation contributing to learning outcomes by 36.5%.
