Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pemagangan di IM Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan model CIPP (context, input, process, and product). Penelitian melibatkan peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan, peserta training di Jepang dan alumni pemagangan Jepang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, pembahasan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek konteks dan input dinilai cukup baik, aspek proses dinilai sangat baik, dan aspek produk harus ditingkatkan di himpunan alumni agar dapat mengembangkan jejaring untuk pengembangan usaha atau peserta pelatihan dan pemagangan terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi bahwa proses pendidikan nonformal merupakan penunjang penting bagi siswa khususnya siswa di SMK agar keterampilannya mumpuni dan memenuhi target mutu dunia usaha. Kata kunci: evaluasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, magang This study aims to analyze the results of the evaluation of the implementation of training and apprenticeship at IM Japan. This research uses a qualitative approach using the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product). The research involved education and training participants, trainees in Japan and Japanese apprenticeship alumni. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documents. Data analysis in this study was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the context and input aspects were considered quite good, the process aspect was considered very good, and the product aspect should be improved in the alumni association in order to develop networks for business development or trainees and apprenticeship related to labor needs. The results of this study imply that the non-formal education process is an important support for students, especially students in the Vocational High School so that their skills are qualified and meet the quality targets of the business world.
