Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Belajar (X1) dan Sarana Prasarana (X2) Terhadap Kemandirian Belajar (Y) Siswa SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Versi 25.0. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 518 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% yaitu sebanyak 226 siswa. Lalu, pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan pada survei melalui hasil observasi serta pengisian angket menggunakan skala likert. Kemudian teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji instrumen yakni validitas dan reliabilitas; uji persyaratan analisis yakni normalitas dan linearitas; uji asumsi klasik yakni multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas; dan uji hipotesis yakni uji F, uji T, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Melalui hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan penelitian yaitu Y = 2,124 + (0,059X1) + (0,824X2). Adapun hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 767,635 > Ftabel 3,04, hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Motivasi Belajar (X1) dan Sarana Prasarana (X2) terhadap Kemandirian Belajar (Y). Kemudian, hasil uji T menunjukkan pada variabel Motivasi Belajar (X1) nilai Thitung 2,794 > Ttabel 1,651, selanjutnya pada variabel Sarana Prasarana (X2) nilai Thitung 36,725 > Ttabel 1,651, hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Motivasi Belajar (X1) terhadap Kemandirian Belajar (Y) serta terdapat pengaruh positif antara Sarana Prasarana (X2) terhadap Kemandirian Belajar (Y). Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Belajar dan Sarana Prasarana Terhadap Kemandirian Belajar baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kemudian berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,873 atau besarnya pengaruh Motivasi Belajar (X1) dan Sarana Prasarana (X2) terhadap Kemandirian Belajar (Y) sebesar 87,3% dan sisanya 12,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of Learning Motivation (X1) and Infrastructure (X2) on Learning Independence (Y) Students of SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. The research method used is the quantitative method. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 25.0 program. The reachable population in this study totaled 518 students. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. To determine the number of samples, this study used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, namely 226 students. Then, data collection was carried out based on a survey through observation results and filling out a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Then the data analysis techniques in this study consisted of instrument tests, namely validity and reliability; analysis requirements test namely normality and linearity; classical assumption tests namely multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity; and hypothesis testing, namely the F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination test. Through the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the research equation is Y = 2,124 + (0.059X1) + (0.824X2). The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount is 767.635 > Ftable 3.04, this shows that there is a positive influence between Learning Motivation (X1) and Infrastructure (X2) on Learning Independence (Y). Then, the results of the T-test showed that the variable Learning Motivation (X1) has a Tcount of 2.794 > Ttable of 1.651, for the Infrastructure variable (X2) a Tcount of 36.725 > Ttable of 1.651, this shows that there is a positive influence between Learning Motivation (X1) on Independence Learning (Y) and there is a positive influence between Infrastructure (X2) on Learning Independence (Y). Based on these calculations, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct effect between Learning Motivation and Infrastructure on Learning Independence either partially or simultaneously. Then based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the result is 0.873 or the magnitude of the influence of Learning Motivation (X1) and Infrastructure (X2) on Learning Independence (Y) is 87.3% and the remaining 12.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
