Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel-variabel berikut: 1) Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Satisfaction, 2) Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Motivation, 3) Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Loyalty, 4) Tourist Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention, 5) Tourist Motivation terhadap Revisit Intention, dan 6) Tourist Loyalty terhadap Revisit Intention. Penelitian ini melibatkan 230 responden yang telah mengunjungi Museum Benteng Vredeburg Yogyakarta dan berusia antara 17 hingga 55 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan baik secara langsung maupun online. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS versi 24 untuk mengelola data dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan mengenai pengaruh: 1) Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Satisfaction diterima dan signifikan, 2) Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Motivation diterima dan signifikan, 3) Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Loyalty diterima dan signifikan, 4) Tourist Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention diterima dan signifikan, 5) Tourist Motivation terhadap Revisit Intention diterima dan signifikan, 6) Tourist Loyalty terhadap Revisit Intention diterima dan signifikan. Kata Kunci: destination attraction, tourist satisfaction, tourist motivation, tourist loyalty, revisit intention *** The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of: 1) Destination Attraction on Tourist Satisfaction, 2) Destination Attraction on Tourist Motivation, 3) Destination Attraction on Tourist Loyalty, 4) Tourist Satisfaction on Revisit Intention, 5) Tourist Motivation on Revisit Intention, dan 6) Tourist Loyalty on Revisit Intention. This research involved 230 respondents who had visited the Museum Benteng Vredeburg Yogyakarta and currently aged 17 to 55 years. The data collection method used was a survey using a questionnaire distributed both in person and online. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) from AMOS software version 24 to manage data and analyze research data. The results of thisstudy based on the hypothesis indicate that the hypothesis of: 1) Destination Attraction on Tourist Satisfaction is accepted and significant, 2) Destination Attraction on Tourist Motivation is accepted and significant, 3) Destination Attraction on Tourist Loyalty is accepted and significant, 4) Tourist Satisfaction on Revisit Intention is accepted and significant, 5) Tourist Motivation on Revisit Intention is accepted and significant, dan 6) Tourist Loyalty on Revisit Intention is accepted and significant.
