Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor yang menjadi pemilihan makanan orang asing di Canggu. Abstrak ini menyajikan analisis komprehensif tentang faktor kunci yang memengaruhi pemilihan makanan. Faktor-faktor ini termasuk kesehatan, daya tarik sensorik, pengaruh sosial, biaya, sifat eksploratif, kebersihan, kemudahan, preferensi diet, dan pertimbangan budaya. Kesehatan muncul sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh, dengan individu memprioritaskan pilihan makanan yang selaras dengan tujuan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Faktor-faktor seperti kandungan gizi, pedoman diet, dan manfaat kesehatan yang dirasakan dari makanan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk pemilihan makanan. Daya tarik sensorik mengikuti kesehatan sebagai faktor penting, karena individu mencari makanan yang menyenangkan selera mereka dan memberikan pengalaman indrawi yang memuaskan. Pengaruh sosial menempati urutan ketiga, menyoroti dampak keluarga, teman, teman sebaya, dan norma budaya pada pemilihan makanan. Biaya muncul sebagai faktor penting, karena keterjangkauan pangan memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan, terutama bagi individu dengan anggaran terbatas. Sifat eksploratif individu mempengaruhi pilihan makanan mereka juga. Pertimbangan kebersihan, termasuk keamanan dan kebersihan makanan, juga memengaruhi pemilihan makanan. kemudahan memainkan peran penting, dengan individu memilih pilihan makanan yang mudah disiapkan, tersedia, dan sesuai dengan gaya hidup mereka yang sibuk. Preferensi diet, seperti vegetarian, vegan, bebas gluten, atau diet khusus lainnya, memengaruhi pemilihan makanan. Terakhir, pertimbangan budaya mencakup pilihan makanan yang dipengaruhi oleh tradisi budaya, adat istiadat, dan warisan. ***** This study aims to analyze the factors of food choices of foreigners in Canggu. This abstract presents a comprehensive analysis of the key factors that impact the selection of food. These factors include health, sensory appeal, social influence, cost, explorative nature, hygiene, convenience, dietary preferences, and cultural considerations. Health emerges as the most influential factor, with individuals prioritizing food choices that align with their health and well-being goals. Factors such as nutritional content, dietary guidelines, and the perceived health benefits of food play a crucial role in shaping food selection. Sensory appeal follows health as a significant factor, as individuals seek food that pleases their taste buds and provides gratifying sensory experiences. Social influence ranks third, highlighting the impact of family, friends, peers, and cultural norms on food selection. Cost emerges as a noteworthy factor, as the affordability of food impacts decision-making, particularly for individuals on limited budgets. The explorative nature of individuals influences their food choices as well. Hygiene considerations, including food safety and cleanliness, also influence food selection. Convenience plays a significant role, with individuals opting for food options that are easy to prepare, readily available, and fit within their busy lifestyles. Dietary preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other specific diets, impact food selection. Finally, cultural considerations encompass food choices influenced by cultural traditions, customs, and heritage.
