Abstract

Integrasi antar moda angkutan massal yaitu LRT dan bus di terminal kelas A Kampung Rambutan ini masih merupakan hal yang baru dan belum pernah ada sebelumnya, sehingga perlu dikaji bagaimana keinginan serta harapan penumpang yang akan menggunakan angkutan massal LRT dan bus untuk melakukan perpindahan dan menjadikan terminal Kampung Rambutan menjadi transit center yang merujuk pada PERMENHUB No. 40 Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui preferensi penumpang terhadap integrasi antar moda di terminal Kampung Rambutan. Jenis penelitian dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif . Adapun dalam perolehan data adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner (angket) dan observasi lapangan, dengan sampel responden yang terdiri dari 45 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, data yang diperoleh berdasarkan akumulasi hasil kuesioner sebesar 14% untuk indikator keselamatan, 13% keamanan, 21% kehandalan atau keteraturan, 16% kenyamanan, 18% keterjangkauan, dan 18% kesetaraan. Dapat disimpulakan indikator yang sangat berpengaruh dalam melakukan kegiatan integrasi antar moda di Terminal Kampung Rambutan yaitu indikator kehandalan atau keteraturan. Kata kunci: Preferensi, Penumpang, Terminal, Integrasi Antar Moda. ***** The integration between modes of mass transportation, namely the LRT and buses at the Class A terminal of Kampung Rambutan is still a new thing and has never existed before, so it is necessary to study how the wishes and expectations of passengers who will use LRT mass transportation and buses to move and make the Kampung terminal Rambutan is a transit center which refers to PERMENHUB No. 40 of 2015. This study aims to determine passenger preferences for intermodal integration at the Kampung Rambutan terminal. The type of research in writing this final project is a descriptive type of research using a quantitative approach. As for the data acquisition is by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and field observations, with a sample of respondents consisting of 45 people. The results showed that the data obtained based on the accumulated results of the questionnaire were 14% for safety indicators, 13% security, 21% reliability or regularity, 16% convenience, 18% affordability, and 18% equality. It can be concluded that an indicator that is very influential in carrying out intermodal integration activities at the Kampung Rambutan Terminal is an indicator of reliability or regularity.
