Abstract

Analisis Penerimaan Platform Penilaian Elektronik Nuadu Oleh Peserta Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris di Binus Center dengan model UTAUT. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) adalah teori yang dikemukakan oleh Venkatesh, et al. (2003) gabungan dari 8 teori-teori penerimaan teknologi sebelumnya. UTAUT memiliki empat kostruk utama yang langsung berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pemakai dan perilaku pemakai. Keempat konstruk ini adalah 1) ekspektansi kinerja (performance expectancy), 2) ekspektansi usaha (effort expectancy), 3) pengaruh sosial (social influence), dan 4) kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi (facilitating conditions). Keempat konstruk ini selanjutnya digunakan untuk melihat penerimaan Nuadu sebagai platform tes berbasis web pada peserta tes kemampuan Bahasa Inggris. Nuadu adalah platform automated-test scoring system yang berasal dari Polandia yang sudah digunakan di Binus Center lebih dari 3 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang hubungan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan Nuadu dengan menggunakan model UTAUT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS. Data diperoleh dari responden yang merupakan peserta kursus Binus Center. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Besarnya sampel pada penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan PLS ini sejumlah 100 orang mahasiswa, dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software smartPLS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Konstruk Performance Expectancy (PE) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap konstruk Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS); (2) Konstruk Effort Expectancy (EE) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap konstruk Behavioral Intention to Use The System(BIUS); (3) Konstruk Social Influence (SI) berpengaruh positif terhadap konstruk Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS); (4) Konstruk Facilitating Condition (FC) berpengaruh positif terhadap konstruk Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS). Selain itu koefisien variabel latent SI terhadap konstruk BIUS pada model ini memiliki nilai paling besar diantara nilai koefisien variabel latent pada model hubungan antar konstruk lainnya. Analysis of Acceptance of the Nuadu Electronic Assessment Platform by English Language Proficiency Test Participants at the Binus Center with the UTAUT model. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is a theory put forward by Venkatesh, et al. (2003) combined 8 previous theories of technology acceptance. UTAUT has four main constructs that directly affect user acceptance and user behavior. These four constructs are 1) performance expectancy, 2) effort expectancy, 3) social influence, and 4) facilitating conditions. These four constructs are then used to see Nuadu's acceptance as a web-based test platform for English proficiency test takers. Nuadu is an automated-test scoring system platform originating from Poland which has been used in the Binus Center for more than 3 years. This research is an explanatory research that aims to explain the relationship between the factors that influence the acceptance and use of Nuadu using the UTAUT model. This research is a quantitative research with data analysis techniques using PLS. Data were obtained from respondents who were participants in the Binus Center course. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sample size in this study using the PLS approach was 100 students, analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using smartPLS software. Based on data analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) the Performance Expectancy (PE) construct had no positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct; (2) The Effort Expectancy (EE) construct has no positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct; (3) the Social Influence (SI) construct has a positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct; (4) The Facilitating Condition (FC) construct has a positive effect on the Behavioral Intention to Use The System (BIUS) construct. In addition, the coefficient of the SI latent variable on the BIUS construct in this model has the greatest value among the coefficient values of the latent variable in the relationship between other constructs models.
