Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi konteks, masukan, proses, produk program pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa di SD Yasporbi 1. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Fokus penelitian ini adalah program pengembangan minat dan bakat siswa di SD Yasporbi 1. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Aspek konteks sesuai dengan UU No. 20 Bab 5 pasal 12 mengenai sistem pendidikan, Permendiknas No.34 tahun 2006 dan Permendiknas No.39 tahun 2008. Menyiapkan, mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki peserta didik, menghasilkan prestasi (2) Aspek input yang meliputi perencanaan, sumber daya manusia yang terlibat, sarana rasarana dan pembiayaan yang memadai dan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disepakati telebih dahulu. (3) Aspek proses, pelaksanaan program pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik di SD Yasporbi 1 meliputi kegiatan intrakulikuler, kokulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler meliputi mekanisme program, pelaksanaan program, pengelolaan sarana prasarana, energi dan pembiayaan sesuai dengan perencanaan program yang telah disusun yang mengacu pada perencanaan proram pengembangan minat da bakat di sekolah dasar; (4) Aspek produk, peningkatan keterampilan peserta didik, serta banyaknya prestasi yang diraih. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the context, input, process, product of the student interest and talent development program at SD Yasporbi 1. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This type of research is the CIPP model evaluation research (Context, Input, Process, Product). The focus of this research is the interest and talent development program for students at SD Yasporbi 1. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that (1) the context aspect is in accordance with Law no. 20 Chapter 5 article 12 regarding the education system, Permendiknas No.34 of 2006 and Permendiknas No.39 of 2008. Prepare, develop the potential of students, produce achievements (2) Input aspects which include planning, human resources involved, facilities Adequate infrastructure and financing and in accordance with the previously agreed plan. (3) Aspects of the process, the implementation of the interest and talent development program for students at SD Yasporbi 1 includes intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities including program mechanisms, program implementation, management of infrastructure, energy and financing according to the program plan that has been prepared which refers to planning interest and talent development program in elementary schools; (4) Product aspects, improving students' skills, and the many achievements achieved
