Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter melalui budaya sekolah di SD Labschool Cibubur, Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan jenis pendekatan deskriptif, dengan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara mendalam terkait bagaimana penerapan nilai-nilai karakter melalui budaya sekolah di sekolah dasar berdasarkan teori-teori yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis data kualitatif menurut Miles dan Huberman. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa SD Labschool Cibubur berupaya menanamkan nilai karakter yang bersumber dari Profil Pelajar Pancasila, yang kemudian diintegrasikan kembali ke dalam visi dan misi SD Labschool Cibubur. Pelaksanaan nilai-nilai karakter melalui budaya sekolah di SD Labschool Cibubur dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan kegiatan, yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Bentuk nilai-nilai karakter melalui budaya sekolah di SD Labschool Cibubur dikelompokkan berdasarkan enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila, yang diterapkan per-fase berupa kegiatan rutin, keteladanan, serta pengkondisian. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengkaji penerapan nilai-nilai karakter melalui budaya sekolah di sekolah dasar lainnya. ***** This study aims to describe the application of character values through school culture at SD Labschool Cibubur, Bekasi. This study uses a qualitative method and a type of descriptive approach, by describing and analyzing in depth related to how the application of character values through school culture in elementary schools is based on theories that are used as guidelines so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis model according to Miles and Huberman. The results of the data analysis show that SD Labschool Cibubur seeks to instill character values originating from the Pancasila Student Profile, which is then integrated back into SD Labschool Cibubur's vision and mission. The implementation of character values through school culture at Labschool Cibubur Elementary School is carried out in several stages of activity, which include planning, implementation, and evaluation. Forms of character values through school culture at Labschool Cibubur Elementary School are grouped based on the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, which are applied per phase in the form of routine activities, exemplary, and conditioning. Future research is expected to examine the application of character values through school culture in other elementary schools.
