Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah, Bagian Marketing, Guru dan Orang Tua Murid. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang peneliti gunakan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan peneliti menggunakan uji keabsahan data atau triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian tentang Strategi Pemasaran Sekolah di Yayasan Syiar Bangsa Summarecon Bekasi: 1) Yayasan Syiar Bangsa memasarkan Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Summarecon Bekasi (Produk) menjadi sebuah anak dari bauran pemasaran yang memfasilitasi proses pertukaran dan pengembangan hubungan dengan orangtua murid (Konsumen) dengan cara mengamati secara cermat kebutuhan dan keinginan muridnya. 2) Mekanisme pembayaran sekolah dilaksanakan setelah kegiatan pendaftaran. Hal ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pembayaran formulir pendaftaran terlebih dahulu. Kemudian pendaftar akan segera di jadwalkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan tes tertulis masuk sekolah. 3) Strategi Pemasaran Sekolah melalui promosi yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Syiar Bangsa adalah dengan menginformasikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan murid dan guru selama di sekolah. Komunikasi guru ini adalah garda-garda terdepan yang ada di sekolah. Jadi penting sekali untuk guru-guru di sekolah memiliki empati maupun kinerja yang baik kepada murid-murid maupun orang tua-orang tua masing-masing. 4) Strategi pemasaran sekolah yang dilakukan dengan mengelola manajemen sumber daya yang ada di Yayasan Syiar Bangsa adalah dengan memaksimalkan fungsi dari Building Management (BM) , Mechanical Engineering (ME), House Keeping (HK), Human Resource Development (HRD), Tim Marketing, Security, Office Boy, Jamiyyah (Perkumpulan Orang Tua Murid), dan Tata Usaha (TU). Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran Sekolah, Pemasaran This study uses a type of qualitative research, with research subjects as Principals, Marketing Department, Teachers and Student Parents. In this study, researchers used observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The analysis that the researcher uses is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Meanwhile, researchers used a data validity test or source triangulation. The results of research on School Marketing Strategy at the Syiar Bangsa Foundation Summarecon Bekasi: 1) The Syiar Bangsa Foundation markets the Al Azhar Summarecon Bekasi Islamic School (Product) as a subsidiary of the marketing mix which facilitates the exchange process and develops relationships with parents of students (Consumers) by observing carefully the needs and desires of his students. 2) The school payment mechanism is carried out after the registration activity. This is done by paying the registration form in advance. Then the applicants will soon be scheduled to take part in the school entrance written test. 3) The school's marketing strategy through promotions carried out by the Syiar Bangsa Foundation is to inform the activities carried out by students and teachers while at school. Teacher communication is at the forefront of the school. So it is very important for teachers in schools to have empathy and good performance towards students and their respective parents. 4) The school marketing strategy carried out by managing the management of existing resources at the Syiar Bangsa Foundation is to maximize the functions of Building Management (BM), Mechanical Engineering (ME), House Keeping (HK), Human Resource Development (HRD), Marketing Team, Security, Office Boy, Jamiyyah (Student Parents Association), and Administration (TU).
