Abstract
Kepuasan kerja guru adalah penilaian seseorang guru terhadap aspek-aspek yang terdapat di dalam suatu pekerjaan, yaitu aspek pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, supervisi, hubungan teman kerja, dan kesempatan promosi. Kepuasan kerja guru menjadi faktor strategis untuk mengoptimalkan kinerjanya karena menentukan perilaku dan respon guru terhadap pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitin ini adalah utnuk mengukur pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA swasta di kabupaten Bekasi. Pengumpulan data disebar melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,431 dengan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 4,457 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,99 (4,457>1,99). Ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara signifikan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru SMA Swasta di Kabupaten Bekasi. Teacher job satisfaction is a teacher's assessment of the aspects contained in a job, namely aspects of the work itself, salary, supervision, co-worker relations, and promotion opportunities. Teacher job satisfaction is a strategic factor for optimizing performance because it determines teacher behavior and responses to work. The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of private high school teachers in Bekasi district. Data collection was distributed through questionnaires distributed via Google Form and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the path analysis show that there is a positive influence of principal leadership on teacher job satisfaction. The path coefficient value is 0.431 with a calculated t coefficient value of 4.457 which is greater than ttable 1.99 (4.457>1.99). This means that the hypothesis put forward is that there is a significant positive influence on the principal's leadership variable on teacher job satisfaction. These results indicate that the principal's leadership is an important factor in increasing the job satisfaction of private high school teachers in Bekasi Regency.
