Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara daya tahan, kelincahan, dan koordinasi mata tangan kaki terhadap hasil belajar gerak berirama dalam pendidikan jasmani di SMPN 1 Napabalano. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Napabalano yang berjumlah 116 siswa. Untuk mengukur daya tahan menggunakan bleep test, kelincahan diukur menggunakan shuttle run test, koordinasi mata tangan kaki menggunakan tes lempar tangkap dan tendang bola terhadap sasaran dan hasil belajar gerak berirama menggunakan tes senam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengaruh langsung Variabel X1 terhadap X3 (X1→X3) = 0,193. Jadi pengaruh daya tahan (X1) secara langsung mempengaruhi koordinasi mata tangan kaki (X3) sebesar 19.3%. 2) Pengaruh langsung variabel X2 terhadap X3 (X1→X3) = 0,329. Jadi pengaruh kelincahan (X2) secara langsung mempengaruhi koordinasi mata tangan kaki (X3) sebesar 32.9%. 3) Pengaruh langsung variabel X1 terhadap Y (X1→Y) = 0.181. Jadi pengaruh daya tahan (X1) secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar gerak berirama sebesar 18.1 %. 4) Pengaruh langsung variabel X2 terhadap Y (X2→Y) = 0,249. Jadi pengaruh kelincahan (X2) secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar belajar gerak berirama sebesar 24.9%. 5) Pengaruh langsung variabel X3 terhadap Y (X3→Y) = 0,387. Jadi pengaruh koordinasi mata tangan kaki (X3) secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar gerak berirama (Y) sebesar 38.7%. 6) Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel X1 terhadap Y melalui X3 (X1→X3→Y) = (0.193 x -0.387) + 0.181 = 0.107. Jadi pengaruh daya taha (X1) secara tidak langsung melalui koordinasi mata tangan kaki (X3) mempengaruhi hasil belajar gerak berirama (Y) sebesar 10.7%. 7) Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel X2 terhadap (Y) melalui X3 (X2→X3→Y) = (0.329 x -387) + 0.249 = 0.122. Jadi pengaruh kelincahan (X2) secara tidak langsung melalui koordinasi mata tangan kaki (X3) mempengaruhi hasil belajar gerak berirama (Y) sebesar 12.2 %. THE EFFECT OF ENDURANCE, AGILITY, AND COORDINATION OF EYES HANDS FEET ON LEARNING OUTCOMES OF RHYTHMIC MOVEMENTS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CAUSALITY STUDY ON STUDENTS OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL OF 1 NAPABALANO) Rosniawati Physical Education, Postgraduate, Jakarta State University Rosniawati9903820028@mhs.unj.ac.id ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of endurance, agility, and coordination of eyes hands feet on learning outcomes of rhythmic movements in physical education at Junior High School of 1 Napabalano. The method that was used in the research was quantitative approach, with 166 students of VIII SMPN 1 Napabalano as sample. Bleep test was used to measure the endurance, the agility was measured by shuttle run test, coordination of eyes hands feet was using the throwing-catch test and kicking the ball against the target, and learning rhythmic movements result was using gymnastic tests. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of this study indicated that: 1) The direct effect of variable X1 through X3 (X1 → X3) = 0.193. So, the effect of endurance (X1) directly affected coordination of eyes hands feet (X3) by 19.3%. 2) The direct effect of variable X2 through X3 (X1 → X3) = 0.329. So, the effect of agility (X2) directly affected coordination of eyes hands feet (X3) by 32.9%. 3) The direct effect of variable X1 through Y (X1→Y) = 0.181. So, the effect of endurance (X1) directly affected the learning outcomes of rhythmic movements by 18.1%. 4) The direct effect of variable X2 through Y (X2→Y) = 0.249. So, the effect of agility (X2) directly affected the learning outcomes of learning rhythmic movements by 24.9%. 5) The direct effect of variable X3 through Y (X3→Y) = 0.387. So, the effect of coordination of eyes hands feet (X3) directly affected the learning outcomes of rhythmic movements (Y) by 38.7%. 6) The indirect effect of variable X1 on Y through X3 (X1→X3→Y) = (0.193 x -0.387) + 0.181 = 0.107. So, the effect of endurance (X1) indirectly through coordination of eyes hands feet (X3) affected the learning outcomes of rhythmic movements (Y) by 10.7%. 7) The indirect effect of variable X2 on (Y) through X3 (X2→X3→Y) = (0.329 x -387) + 0.249 = 0.122. So, the effect of agility (X2) indirectly through coordination of eyes hands feet (X3) affected the learning outcomes of rhythmic movements (Y) by 12.2%.
