Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi upaya tutor dalam pengembangan kapasitas dirinya sebagai tutor dalam penyelenggaraan pembelajaran Paket C di PKBM Tanda Genap. Penelitian ini akan fokus pada upaya yang dilakukan oleh tutor dalam mengembangkan kapasitas dirinya sebagai tutor. Hal ini meliputi peningkatan pemahaman tentang kurikulum Paket C, penguasaan strategi pengajaran yang efektif, pengembangan keterampilan pedagogis, dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik di PKBM Tanda Genap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian naratif untuk menggali pengalaman, pandangan, dan praktik tutor dalam mengembangkan kapasitas dirinya sebagai tutor. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tutor PKBM Tanda Genap, observasi langsung pada proses pembelajaran, dan analisis dokumen terkait program Paket C dan pedoman pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tutor mampu mengembangkan dirinya dengan mengikuti pelatihan, mempelajari kurikulum baru, menciptakan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat pada peserta didik, menguasai materi pelajaran dengan baik, serta terjalinnya hubungan dan komunikasi yang baik sesama tutor dapat berperan sebagai pengembangan kapasitas diri tutor. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kapasitas tutor dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi PKBM Tanda Genap dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Paket C. ***** This research aims to explore the efforts of tutors in developing their capacity as tutors in the implementation of learning Package C at PKBM Tanda Genap. This research will focus on the efforts made by tutors in developing their capacity as tutors. This includes increasing understanding of the Paket C curriculum, mastering effective teaching strategies, developing pedagogical skills, and a deep understanding of the needs and characteristics of learners at PKBM Tanda Genap.This research will focus on the efforts made by tutors in developing their capacity as tutors. This includes increasing understanding of the Paket C curriculum, mastering effective teaching strategies, developing pedagogical skills, and a deep understanding of the needs and characteristics of learners at PKBM Tanda Genap. The research method used is qualitative research with a narrative research design to explore the experiences, views, and practices of tutors in developing their capacity as tutors. Data will be collected through in-depth interviews with tutors of PKBM Tanda Genap, direct observation of the learning process, and document analysis related to the Paket C program and learning guidelines.Data analysis will be conducted using a narrative approach, identifying patterns of findings that emerge from the collected data. The findings will be analyzed in depth to describe the efforts made by tutors in developing their capacity as tutors. The results of the study are expected to provide a better understanding of the factors influencing tutor capacity development and provide recommendations for PKBM Tanda Genap in improving the quality of Paket C learning. The results showed that tutors are able to develop themselves by attending training, learning the new curriculum, creating appropriate learning strategies for students, mastering the subject matter well, and the establishment of good relationships and communication among tutors can act as the development of tutors' self-capacity. The results of the study are expected to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence the development of tutor capacity and provide recommendations for PKBM Tanda Genap in improving the quality of Paket C learning.
