Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X akuntansi pada mata pelajaran akuntansi dasar di SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebayak 105 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotional random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebayak 83 siswa. Uji persyaratan analisis data menyimpulkan berdistribusi normal dan linear. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil penelitian disimpulkan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (th1: 10,650; th2: 9,898; dan th3: 10,112 masing - masing lebih besar dari ttabel: 1,990). Sedangkan secara simultan diperoleh Fhitung (154,447) lebih besar dari Ftabel (2,27) dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,393 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 15,4%. Penelitian ini menemukan secara khusus hasil belajar siswa kelas X akuntansi pada mata pelajaran akuntansi dasar di SMK Negeri 1 Bogor dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan lingkungan teman sebaya sebesar 15,4% sedangkan sebesar 84,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, learning readiness, and peer environment on the learning outcomes of class X accounting students in basic accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. The population of this study was 105 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling to obtain a sample of 83 students. Test requirements analysis is done, the data are expressed in normal and linear distribution. Based on the analysis of the results of the study concluded that partially positive and significant effect (th1: 10,650; th2: 9,898; and th3: 10,112 each is greater than ttable: 1,990). While simultaneously obtained Fcount (154.444) is greater than Ftable (2.27) it can be concluded that the variables of learning motivation, learning readiness and peer environment have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes by obtaining a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.393 and a coefficient of determination of 15.4% . This study found specifically the learning outcomes of class X accounting students in basic accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor influenced by learning motivation, learning readiness, and peer environment with an influence of 15.4% while 84.6% was influenced by other factors which is not researched.
