Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan Motivasi Kerja Guru di SD Negeri di Wilayah Kelurahan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan. Metode Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan studi korelasional antara dua variabel di dalamnya, yaitu Variabel (X) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah sebagai Variabel Terikat. Variabel Y Motivasi Kerja Guru sebagai variabel bebas. Penelitian ini melibatkan 62 sampel guru. Kemudian, dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 2,809 dari ttabel sebesar 1,997. Maka, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dinyatakan diterima secara positif. Dari koefisien determinasi, variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi sebesar 11,62% terhadap variabel motivasi kerja guru di SD Negeri di Wilayah Kelurahan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan Motivasi Kerja Guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa semakin baik Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, maka akan semakin tinggi Motivasi Kerja Guru di SD Negeri di Wilayah Kelurahan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan. ***** The purpose of this research is to determine the correlation between Principal Leadership and Teacher Work Motivation in Public Elementary Schools in the Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. This research method, is using a quantitative approach and correlational study between two variables in it, namely Variable (X) Principal Leadership as a Dependent Variable. Variable Y Teacher Work Motivation as an independent variable. This study involved 62 teacher samples. Furthermore, from the hypothesis test results it was found that the tcount was 2,809 from the table of 1,997. So, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is declared positively accepted. From the coefficient of determination, the principal leadership variable contributed 11.62% to the teacher work motivation variable in public elementary schools in Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta. The conclusion of the research is that there is a correlation between Principal Leadership and Teacher Work Motivation. According to the results of the study, it can be seen that the better the Principal's Leadership, the greater the Teacher Work Motivation in State Elementary Schools in Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.
